Freshwater Barramundi (Awu sjendawurri) we cook on the colas or put in the paperbark and cook in ashes the bigger ones but we usually put those big ones back in the freshwater river so they breed the babies to keep the babies coming and growing the food for our people here on the river forever we Marrithiyel people at Wudi Kapildyerr, Daly River Northern Territory.
